THIS YEAR’S DRIVING SOUTH COSTS

I left Harrison Mills, B.C. on October 15th and arrived in Quartzsite, AZ on October 31st.

I drove 1,683 Miles = 2,708 KMS

Total gas cost was $969.50 CDN – a DEFINITE improvement over the $4,000 it cost me in gas the year I drove back to NL !!  Now granted that was over a three or more months period of time.

I paid as low as $3.28 per gallon to as high as $3.70 per gallon.

THE END

  2. That's great Sass. Hope all is going well. How did that crack in the wall issue work out?

    1. Terry, It's still there - but thankfully nowhere else in the rig. I won't be doing anything about it as it is just the interior last layer.

  3. Good for you. We are still on the "wrong" side of the continent. At least until December....:((

  4. You are better off where you are now than the rains and wind we're experiencing here on coastal BC. Your fuel costs seem quite reasonable, given the distance you traveled. You can rest easy now....till you next push the big wheels to somewhere else.

  5. That is quite a savings! Now you can buy something useful with all the $$$ you saved.
