BACK ON ‘DA ROCK

I’m not actually ‘home’ yet – still two hours away in a small town called Clarenville.

Lots to post about of the last days – but for now let me just tell you that it is currently 4C/39F.

And of course the usual – RAIN --  DRIZZLE – and FOG !!

Expect all future post to be about me a bitchin’ and a complain’ about how cold I am !!!  LOL

  1. Glad you're safe. But so sorry it's so cold. I couldn't stand it. I want my high 80's and low 90's with no humidity.

  2. I would be complaining too. I don't want it too hot and I don't want it too cold. 39F is way too cold. Did you have to get your long johns out?

  3. Brrr. Too cold for June.
Here it is at least 9C/48 F and dry. Not too whooping but good for walking the dog.
The only bad thing: the veggies are not growing:((
But a warmer weekend is in the making. Hope you get some sun there too.

  6. So you made it to the Rock---good for you---I'm sure the family will be happy to see you---as you've been gone awhile.

You're not alone in the cold dept. ---drizzle & cool on the West Coast as well. Canada as a whole has not had a good Spring. Keeping our fingers crossed for SUMMER.

Take care & enjoy seeing the family & friends on the Rock.

  9. I've been following your trip but haven't commented - stay warm and safe. Hopefully the legal "stuff" will be behind you soon and you won't have anything to do but enjoy family and friends. How warm will it get while you're there?

  10. Yeah, we had our heat back on for about 5 dyas (and we are a bit south of you). It was dark for like 10 days, with rain and temps in the 40's and 50's. Not very late spring like at all!

Yesterday the weather pattern broke and we were sunny and in the 70's. Hopefully that weather pattern is helping you out too!
